The service

DailyFX.com.hk provides exchange rate information, currency conversion tools and general educational material about foreign exchange markets. It is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Not advice, and not a regulated service

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. We are not a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and we do not carry on any regulated activity. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and internal business reference. You may not:

  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract data, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • resell, redistribute or republish our data as a data product
  • interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt unauthorised access
  • use the site for anything unlawful

We may restrict or withdraw access if these terms are breached.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, calculators and compiled content belong to Daily FX or its licensors. Underlying market data belongs to the respective data providers. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its data — including trading losses, lost profits, and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
