What to write to us about

A rate looks wrong. Tell us the currency pair, the rate you saw, and roughly when. Rates are indicative and sourced from third parties, but genuine errors are worth knowing about and we will check.

A calculator gives an odd result. Send the inputs you used and what you expected. Include the page address.

A correction to our written content. We publish factual profiles of central banks, exchange-rate regimes and currency pegs. These change. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

A privacy request. See the Privacy Policy for what you can ask for. Send requests to the address above.

Press or partnerships. Same address; say what you have in mind.

What we cannot help with

We do not give investment, trading or tax advice, and we cannot comment on whether a particular trade is a good idea. We do not operate accounts, hold funds, or execute transactions — if your query is about money you have deposited somewhere, it needs to go to that broker or bank.
